At the title screen, press X, Circle, X, Square, X, Circle(2).

At the title screen, press Right(2), Circle, R1, Right(2), Circle, R1.

At the title screen, press Down, Up, Right, Down, Up, Right, Down, Up, Right(3).

In 'Score Ranking' in the pause menu on Overworld, press L1(3), R1(3), L1, R1 to unlock the Sound Check level.

You will collect money and exit the highway past the halfway point of the level. Get the key in Level 6, and fight some wolverines. Notice the small house in the background with a path. Keep walking along the top of the screen to enter a secret path that leads to Mobile's house. Mobile sells a special training manual for $57.50 that unlocks a special move.

Go to the shopping district in the Frozen Suburbs. Find the ramp that leads down to an underpass. Go up to the star painted on the rear wall. A cement panel will open, allowing access to a shop that sells expensive powerful items.

Pay the $504.25 fine at the video store to unlock the corresponding items for purchase for $4.95. Note: You will have to pay the fine again if you play as a different character.

New Challenger (Bronze): Defeat Matthew Patel without losing a life.
Dirty Trick (Bronze): Defeat an enemy by throwing an object at him while he's already down.
The Power of Friendship (Bronze): In a multiplayer game, reanimate another player at least 25 times.
Gourmet (Bronze): Eat every food items.
Shopaholic (Bronze): Buy all the items of a shop during the same visit.
Armed And Dangerous (Bronze): Defeat at least 200 enemies using interactive objects.
'Chaudown' (Bronze): Unlock and call all strikers.
Twin Dragons (Silver): Defeat the Twins simultaneously.
Invulnerable (Silver): Play through a World and reach the boss without getting hit.
Vigilante (Silver): Defeat 1000 enemies.
One Man Army (Silver): Clear the game in single player on the 'Supreme Master' difficulty setting.
Get the Girl (Gold): Clear the game once with Scott.

The following trophies require the 'Knives Chau' bonus downloadable content:

It's All In The Reflexes (Bronze): Catch a flying object at least 25 times with Knives.

When playing as Ramona Flowers you can hold Y for about 5 seconds and release to pull various weapons out of her purse. It costs 20 Gut Points per use but gives you anything from a durable brick to a devastating katana. Proof that it is indeed bottomless.

At the beginning of 'The Party' (level 5), instead of going fowards, go backwards to the door with the star on it. There is a secret Subspace Highway where you can gain extra money, plus when you exit the highway you will have passed half the level without taking any damage from enemies.

In Level 6, look for a house in the background after getting the key and fighting the wolverines. Walk along the top of the screen to find a secret entrance to the house. Here you can buy food and a special training manual for a unique move ($57.50).

You need two controllers for this cheat and you need to beat the first Evil Ex. Begin Story Mode and play as the character you want the money to go to. Use the second remote to have a guest join (and have the guest be someone with some money). Go into a store and have the guest give the main player all the money. Press start and return to map (exit doesn't autosave). Exit the game. Now, player one has all of the guest player's money, and the game doesn't save guest's stats so guest has money too. After you have some money go and pay Scott's late fees and the video will level you up quick.

If you pay off your massive fine at the video store ($500), you can purchase the following items for $4.95.

• The Mystical Head - 1-Up
• Seven Shaolin Masters - +100 XP, +10 DEF, +10 SPD, +10 WP, +10 STR
• Alien VS T-Rex - +20 SPD, +20 STR

There is a secret shop, River City Ransom-style, in the Shopping District of the Frozen Suburbs. Look for a ramp down to an underpass. A star is painted on the rear wall. Approach this star and the cement panel will open like a door. Inside you can find powerful, but expensive, items.

Perform the following actions to unlock additional characters.

• Nega-Scott - Beat the game with all four characters to unlock Nega-Scott
• Mr. Chau - To unlock Mr. Chau as a playable character, defeat him when he appears randomly on the world map. You may not enter any other levels, or he will disappear.
