How To Flash
=>Copy over the rom file to your sd card.
=>Extract the boot image from the zip.
=>Do NOT flash gapps
=>Reboot to recovery and flash the rom as usual
=>Reboot to bootloader and flash the boot image using

=>Reboot. First boot takes a while. Let i boot and wait for 5 minutes before starting to use the rom. Check the additional info section given below for more.
=>If you want to avoid xiaomi account setup , just reboot without your sim card.
=>PS : Use only the boot image given in the rom.I have made some changes to the init .So you may get force closes if you use other boot images. So dont post in this thread regarding fc if you dont flash the provided kernel.

Additional Info And FAQ
1. How to enable Root ?
Go into security center folder > Permissions app > Enable Root
2. Recent App Panel Doesnt show?
Go to Settings>Buttons and keys > Remap Menu Button to Recent App panel and it should work.
3. Use SetCpu if you want to overclock and Turn on Performance Mode > Settings>>Battery>>Mode for a smoother experience
4. LBE_Guard App Fc ?
Yes its a know bug. But it doesnt effect the Rom in any way , root permission are obtained correctly.
5.How to use themes from xda?
Download the .mtz theme file and put it in /sdcard/MIUI/themes folder. Open themes app and select upgrade option.
